DESIGN SERVICES AND BIM MANAGEMENT

Among other services related to real estate development, we make feasibility studies, concept designs and decision preparation documentations in the beginning of a project. After making feasibility studies – to meet our clients’ need – we also able to meet the general architecture and engineering design requirements for new building, reconstruction and renovation projects.

So, if you want to ensure complete architectural and engineering design in one, we have a solution. We have had seamless continuous cooperation with architects and engineers for years. With these architects and engineers, we put together detailed design programs and, after our clients accept this program, we compile the necessary permit plan and working drawing documentation.

The entire procedure is coordinated by one of project officers so we can meet our clients’ need in every respect, comply with authority and regulation requirements and ensure full coordination between engineering fields.

As a result of careful coordination, we can manage the design process efficiently.

BIM Management

It is particularly important for our colleagues to know and use the most efficient tools of our industry that is an important part of the success of our work.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) can be helpful throughout the entire lifecycle of projects: it allows for more efficient planning, maintenance and operation. Its goal is to optimise the project phases. We help you find your way through the concepts of LOD, Uniformat, OmniClass, classification system and point cloud.

It is our goal to make it easy for our clients to use BIM. If we consider it worthwhile to use BIM technology in a given project, we can help our clients to

> select or tender their BIM expert
> define the system requirements relating to the work of the BIM expert
> integrate it into the systems of the project participants
